(Malin+Goetz) New York/Los Angeles

A couple of months ago I managed to visit the apothecary Malin+Goetz in Manhattan. I’d seen the case study of the design of the products on 2x4’s website beforehand so I thought I’d go see the shop and the products in the flesh when I was there. All beautiful stuff and the staff were really nice too and let me take photographs inside the shop which is always a plus. 

I mentioned a few days before I went to New York that I was probably going to buy something and then not want to open it because the packaging will be too nice, this definitely happened and now I’m refusing to open my lime bar soap (pictured above) until I really really need to. Rather predictable.. They gave me a whole bunch of samples too which was nice of them which I’ve given to quite a few of my friends and family. 

They’ve also just opened up a new store in LA which looks pretty nice, see below. Would definitely recommend visiting the New York store if you’re in town!
